Test conditions:
1: Pure copper battery clamp
2: 4 square lines, length 1M
3: Connect the power supply O-ring terminal, with an inner diameter of 4.3mm and an outer diameter of 8mm
4: Continuous AC130W output discharge test for 6:30 minutes
Testing process:
Fix the positive and negative poles of the O-ring terminal (red represents positive and black represents negative) on the 150W portable power station (+is the positive pole and - is the negative pole), clip them onto the positive and negative poles of the battery, and turn on the power to charge the external lead-acid battery.
Attention: During the connection process, do not reverse or stick the positive and negative poles of the wire terminals together, as this may cause a short circuit and burn the fuse. If the fuse is accidentally burned during the testing process, please replace it with a new one, which will not affect the performance of the portable power station.
Test results:
The 150W portable power station overall operation output is normal, the temperature is not found to be too high on the line, and the overload current of the battery and product is 0.5A-0.6A.The external expansion battery is charging normally.

Test conditions:
1. The amplitude is 2.5CM, the speed is 200, and the time is 40 minutes;

Testing process:

USB 5v output test

Testing instruments:
1 set DC detection meter, 1 set DC electronic load meter, 2 set of  150w portable power stations
Testing process:
Long press the power on button to open the portable power station (any key can be used), turn on the DC switch (the frequency screen displays DC/USB), and insert an ammeter or negative USB1 plug into the DC socket for testing
Test results:

The voltage is 5V ± 0.2V, the current is 2.9A, and the output of the 150W portable power station is 2.4A, ensuring stable transmission process.

AC output test of portable power

Test equipment:
Two 150W portable powers with a frequency of 220V50HZ, one ammeter, and one multimeter.


Testing process:
Long press the power button to turn on the portable solar power supply, turn on the AC universal AC switch (frequency screen displays AC), and use a multimeter to insert it into the universal AC socket to test the voltage. Output, insert a short circuit into the other side of the multimeter seat, check for short circuit protection and no output.
Test results:

The LED screen shows that AC is normal, short circuit AC 220V has no output, and the power outage protection function is normal.

12V DC short-circuit simulation test

Test equipment:

Two 150W portable solar power stations with a voltage of 220V and a frequency of 50HZ, DC short-circuit wires, and DC ammeters.
Testing process:
Long press the power button to turn on the solar power supply, turn on the DC switch (the frequency screen displays DC and USB), insert the DC meter terminal meter into the DC socket to test the voltage output, and then insert the DC short circuit wire into the other DC socket of the DC socket for testing. Note that the output current and voltage of the two DC sockets belong to the same port and IC are consistent.
Test results:

In the picture, the power supply is in a short circuit process, the DC meter has no current output, and the "DC/USB" protection on the display screen automatically turns off, indicating that the portable solar power station has automatically activated the current short circuit protection function.

5V USB DC short circuit simulation test

Test equipment:

Two 150W portable solar power stations with a voltage of 220V and a frequency of 50HZ, USB short-circuit charging wires, and DC ammeters.


Testing process:
Turn on the power, (any key can be used), turn on the DC switch (the screen displays DC or USB), insert a DC meter into the DC socket to test the voltage output, and then plug a USB short circuit wire into another socket of the USB socket for testing. Note: (Both USB ports belong to the same port and IC) The output current and voltage are the same.
Test results:

During a short circuit at the USB output port of the power supply, there is no current output from the DC meter, USB/DC still exists on the display screen (as required by the program), and the power supply is in an automatic protection state.

Portable solar power station charging and output power testing

Testing process:

Power overload test

Testing equipment:

2 150W portable power stations, load gauges, and power testers.


Testing process:
Connect the AC socket with a power tester, insert the load meter on the other side, turn on the AC switch, slowly increase the load on the load meter until overcurrent occurs, and the power supply automatically activates the power overload and current overload protection functions.
Test results:

When the current is 0.68A and the power reaches 155W, the power supply automatically starts overload protection and stops outputting current.

Drop resistance test

Test conditions:
According to international standards, items weighing 0.45-9.54KG were tested and dropped from a wall at a height of 76.2cm, with wooden boards of 1100 * 950 * 120mm.
Testing process:
Drop the packaged 150W portable power station from a height of 76.2CM vertically and touch the ground in three ways: side, front, and four corners.
Test results:
When the four corners touch the ground, the corners of the carton are wrinkled but not damaged, and the product packaging foam foam is damaged. Due to the large load-bearing surface of the battery, a broken plastic holder on the right side, and no hidden danger to the normal operation and use of the power supply, the disassembly and startup test are normal, and the entire machine runs normally. When the power supply falls and touches the ground on the front and side, the power supply product is intact and undamaged.

High and low temperature resistance tests

Test equipment:

Constant temperature testing cabinet

Testing process:

Place the 150w portable power station in a constant temperature experimental box, run at a low temperature of 20 ° C for 20 hours, stop running for 1 minute, then add it to a temperature of 40 ° C for 8 hours, and finally leave it at a normal temperature of 37 ° C for 2 hours. Turn on the power to check for any abnormalities.


Test results:

After the power is turned on, all functions and operations are normal, and the power supply casing is not damaged due to blistering, deformation, cracking, etc.

Storage Testing in High Temperature and Humidity Environments

Test equipment:
Two 150W portable power stations, 12V5W light bulbs, and LED lights for portable power stations.
Testing process:
1. Press and hold any key for 5 seconds to turn on the power, turn on the DC switch, plug in a 12V5W light bulb and timer, and conduct testing
2. Press any key and hold the switch for 5 seconds to start the machine, turn on the LED light and DC switch, turn it on to its full brightness, insert a timer, and conduct testing.
Test results:

1. Continuous power supply for 12V5W bulbs for 18 hours

2. The continuous power supply time for the LED lights of the 150w portable power station is 105 hours
